Forgiveness Retreat

We will introduce you to 10 steps of forgiveness and support you in becoming aware of obstacles that may prevent you from letting go. Forgiving is not a quick fix – it can take a long time and this weekend may be your first step, or it may just be part of your journey to forgiveness.

If we don’t let go of resentment, anger or hateful feelings, we are stuck with the effects of that feeling, and we begin to contaminate our own life. Our own heart becomes full of negativity, which takes up space and leaves less room for love. We have no room to live in the moment when our minds are dwelling on a past resentment.
